Primavera Experience is the project of Amanda Fontes , a licensed tour guide in Florence, a Brazilian from São Paulo with a degree in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts and over seven years among Renaissance masterpieces.
I didn’t arrive in Florence by chance. I arrived here after twenty years of travel—beginning with listening to the elderly Italians in my neighborhood in São Paulo, continuing on Sundays with my family among museums and lavishly laid tables, and honed through years of study and life in Italy.
Like Michelangelo, like Botticelli, I too have followed my dream this far. I’ll accompany you as a friend who has lived in Florence for years would: with the Latin warmth and depth of someone who has dedicated her life to understanding this city.
